Data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily send us through the contact form: your profile (owner or traveller), your name, your email address, your phone number (optional), the town or neighbourhood concerned (optional) and the content of your message.

The site sets no tracking cookies and no advertising trackers. Fonts are hosted locally: no data is sent to a third party when you simply browse the site.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is used solely to respond to your request and, where relevant, to manage the resulting relationship. The legal basis is your consent and the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Recipients

Your data is intended for the NK Conciergerie team only. Contact-form messages are routed by [email delivery provider, to be confirmed]; no data is ever sold or transferred for commercial purposes.

Retention

Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived for a maximum of three years from our last contact, before deletion.

Your rights

Under Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European Union residents, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data.
